As a dancer, you know that injuries are supposed to just be a fact of life.
Like having to recover from dancing-induced damage is totally normal, and you’re told that you’ll be just fine if it happens to you.
But then it happens…
You’re told to “stay positive” and “you’ll be back in no time”.
In fact,
They say, “you’re going to come back stronger”!
And you're like...
But is that really how injuries work? You brush off your feelings, stay optimistic, and abra-cadabra, you come back better than you ever were before in “no time” (whatever than means)!?
The reality is that injuries aren’t just an experience in which you can put on a good face, assume you'll be fine, and then expect to get over it with no problems.
If you're going through an injury right know you know...
That an injury can be shame-inducing and confidence-crushing.
It can make you question yourself and your future.
It can influence you to point where you feel worthless and unrecognizable to yourself.
It can make you feel isolated - as if no one understands or has ever gone through exactly what you’re going through!
Leaving you with approximately 0 answers to big questions THAT MATTER like...
- How do I know if I’m helping or hurting myself until it’s too late?
- What do I tell my teachers and directors? If I’m transparent will that help me or damage my career forever?
- How do I handle one more person coming up to me and asking when I’ll be back?
- So I’m a dancer, but I can’t really dance. What am I now, a couch potato?
- Is my negative mindset making the injury worse, or am I just superstitious?
- If I just push myself harder like those inspirational posts on Instagram tell me to do, will I really get better?
- If I just push through the pain, won’t I get stronger?
- Or is that going to cause permanent damage?
- If I just push through the pain, won’t I get stronger?
CAN SOMEONE JUST GIVE ME THE ANSWERS????????
Well the answer is finally YES!
If you have asked yourself even a quarter of those questions, the Come Back Stronger Course was designed specifically for you.
Why?
Because when you're injured, being confused about how to recover successfully isn't just tough emotionally. Being unclear can literally hinder your ability to fully recover, which can even jeopardize your future as a dancer.
Instead, how would you like to get clear on what you need to be doing and the frame of mind you need to have in order to successfully get back to the life you love?
This program is the only one of it's kind, developed by a dancer, for dancers who want solutions to the specific challenges and fears a dancer faces on their road to recovery.
Thousands of dancers face serious injuries every year - many only relying on a hope and prayer to get them through it.
Don't get me wrong, hopes and prayers are great! But without guidance and proven strategies for success, it's unlikely you'll make a strong come back, both emotionally and physically.
That's why the Come Back Stronger Course includes practical tips for physical recovery PLUS powerful mindset strategies that are designed to give you peace of mind and a healthy sense of self when your identity and life plans feel completely tossed out the window.
And since "coming back stronger" is even implied in the title of this program, you will also learn how to actually use your injury experience to grow mentally, physically, and artistically.
Together, we will swap the old story of doom and gloom for one defined by opportunity.

As a former professional dancer and Mindset Coach who has helped thousands of dancers online and dozens of clients one-on-one achieve their goals and find peace of mind through injuries like the one I suffered from for years, I have created this comprehensive, first-of-its-kind resource for YOU to get the support I so desperately longed for while I was in your shoes.
Your Instructor
Hi there!
My name is Kirsten. I'm a Mindset Coach for dancers, ballet dancer (former pro), cat mom, Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming, and the creator of the YouTube channel, TwinTalksBallet. Whether on YouTube, in this course, one-on-one, or with a friend in open class, it is my mission to help dancers see that they are more than what their bodies can do, and that they have an incredible potential to unlock on the other side of fear-based thinking.
You’ll hear more of my story towards the end of the course, but for now, I’m so glad you’re here. I would say that I wish I had the contents of this course available to me at the start of 2017 when I began a struggle with a knee injury that seemed to take over my life for the entirety of the year. But hey, if I did know this stuff back then, chances are I wouldn’t appreciate it enough to be sharing it here with you.
These lessons are from my heart, learned through difficulty, education, and lots of research.
I wouldn’t have it any other way. 💕
Love,
Kirsten
"Injuries can be devastating for dancers, and very hard to deal with. But the Come Back Stronger course can transform how a dancer might deal with such a challenging time. It is so rare to find someone such as Kirsten who has been in our shoes firsthand who understands what it is like to be an injured dancer. The course is realistic and challenging but also incredibly supportive and comforting for dancers in what can be a very scary and stressful time. I often found myself smiling and nodding listening to Kirsten explain thoughts or feelings I experienced when I was injured, when at the time I thought I was all alone! The Come Back Stronger course provides so much mind-opening and valuable information that anyone can use not just for the process of overcoming one injury, but the rest of their lives. Kirsten delivers this information with such passion and care that it is impossible to not be inspired and interested by what she has to say. Thank you for all your hard work Kirsten!"
- Harper Banks, Trainee with Oklahoma City Ballet
"I have been dealing with difficult to diagnose and debilitating injuries for the last 3 years. I didn't realize the emotional toll that an injury can have on a dancer! I felt totally lost and alone in how to navigate these emotions. The come back stronger course helped me to find ways to organize my thoughts so that they could be helpful to me rather than harmful in my ongoing recovery. I also learned tools on how to communicate with doctors so that I can get the correct diagnosis and procedures. The Facebook group has also been so helpful to get advice from dancers who are going through similar things. I received the support and the knowledge I need to keep pushing through my injuries and eventually come back stronger!"
- Elizabeth Tanner, Dancer and Dance Instructor
"My experience with the Come Back Stronger course has been excellent. Kirsten has produced amazing material that is filled with great advice about dealing with all aspects of the injury process as a dancer. There is so much information to take in, so prepare to listen more than once! Also, the Facebook community has been great in helping me connect with a dancer who has a similar injury story to mine. This course is a must for any dancer who is ready to address the physical and mental aspects of their injury and work towards a strong recovery."
- Nessa Kerr, Ballet and Dance Conditioning Instructor, Dancer
